The thing about Hopkins and Calzaghe that makes them great, to me, is their longevity. Both of them reigning as champions for a decade, with 20 + title defense, that says something. To be dedicated enough to not slip up for such a long time, and with Calzaghes hands as well, says something about them. Both of them only got the big fights later in their careers as well, and both shined, and moved up to get a LHW title on top of it.

The two are very similar, career wise.
