name one great natural middleweight in all his title defenses.

keith holmes? the guy who lost his nabf title shot at 154 so he moved up and won a wbc 160 belt? proves how weak 160 was at the time.

He fought who he needed. Moved up weight and claimed LHW ring title and is still competitive at the age of 43.
