so wait just cuz I don't like this bout, it automatically means I "must like boring events" who are you to judge? I find Pavlik, Juan Diaz and Cotto to put on enjoyable fights .. and that's just 3. I don't consider Pavlik, Cotto or Juan Diaz to be all that boring.

again idiotic logic to say I like boring events just cuz I don't count down the days in anticipation to DLH-Pac.

and so what if this (DLH-Pac) is star studded and talked about for a while .. that sounds more like a popularity contest then a boxing fight.

I ain't that proud, im just talking about what originally started my disgust at this topic

the fact that the Author referred to the promotional tour as historic .. can we get back to that, because I still have no idea why a Promo tour for a fight should be listed as historic. Year's from now is Oscar potentially kayoing a man so much smaller going to be looked at as a great fight?

**and for the record the only PPV I ever ordered was The World Awaits, and I haven't bought one since.

other people can spend $54.95 or what ever on PPV's if they want .. kudo's to them. but me no thanks, I see PPV as a rip off especially when HBO will be replaying the fight 1 week later, lol.

and that's got nothing to do with pride, that's more a personal choice of not wanting to spend $54

and great, glad you got something to look forward to.
man you are a cheap skate lol hey its all good you do not have to order it...but guys like you kill the sport.

just dont preach boycott like the other aka floyd fan boys and mexifans.

uh guys like me "kill the sport?"

on the contrary I think people blindly hyping up this fight like a raving moron do twice the damage.

I mean you keep going on and on about this "great win for DLH"

but in the overall boxing picture will it really mean anything?

I use your own points against you and you got nothing to say.

      for example
"If you do not order this EVENT then you must like boring EVENTS because this will be star studded and talked about for a while."

yeah Domain im such a killer of boxing because I really don't feel up for a popularity contest.

sorry but your gonna have to use better reasoning then this thing being "star studded" as im pretty sure celebrities are seen at just about EVERY big Vegas boxing fight regardless.

im pretty sure there's enough people supporting this fight where I think it'll be fine without me. and maybe even save boxing from an MMA takeover

      it's gonna be okay.

and why call me out, people on this board have said give or take a few lines pretty much the exact same thing's regarding this DREAM fight.

"it's basically just a money fight"

"it doesn't really have a purpose"

"why does DLH act like this is for his legacy, when he's fighting someone so much smaller"

^which is something Julio Caesar Chavez of all people said .. so why ***** at me? is Chavez killing boxing by saying that?

and no I won't preach boycott, as it's a moot point and won't really serve a purpose

but don't you think all the negative feedback this fight is getting (and it's not just from me)

is doing much more to "kill boxing"

then the people who oppose/dislike this fight

because we're fans, and fans don't have to enjoy EVERY boxing fight that comes out .. be it PPV or not

so how does me disliking 1 fight mean im "killing boxing"

**just because it's the biggest fight of the year, come on for the biggest fight of the year IMO I find it pretty lame.

Historical event not to be denied

This is going to be a great dramatic boxing match ! All the hearsayers, naysayers and the AMEN corner will be watching this great boxing match. You who are totally against it will miss the drama and adrenlin before and during the match LIVE , WHEWWWWWWWWWW I can't wait, its gonna be goooooooooooooooooooood !!!!!

All the talk from Oscar about I am going to knock you out is worthless against a game bulldog named Manny Pac ! Don't you know that a dog that growls is trying to BLUFF his way out ????????Shorly YAWL know That , smiles !

This is not one of the fights that we have all seen in the past where a smaller fighter is out of his prime and moving up to be slaughtered by a young strong champion but this is quite the opposite and brings the drama with it. For the first time in my life , since I sat on my daddys knee in the 1950's we will get to see a PRIME Devastating Fighter who has proven his gameness , his ablility, his punch, an ACE if you will go against a fighter who has been a great fighter , is still the draw, is still loved by many, who still has a great left hook, who hasn't looked good in his last few fights against weaker opposition , who hasn't had a major fight since he took on Vargas in what , 6 years ago and who's stamina is in grave question !!! This is a switch a roo fellers,,,,,,Oscar is in grave danger , his nice head is surely to swell like a pumpkin with nice knots all over it, that left hook better land early cause it won't have the ability to land after 6 or 7 rounds, the nice buzz saw will be buzzin all over Oscars nice head and warming it up real good, smiles. That loss of the split second speed of Oscars will pay the price. All the great KO's from Oscar came from that left hook, the drama is will he land it?? Can he land it , OH MY , speed KILLS !!! Swinging at the air will tire you out quickly QUICKLYER. Manny da bulldog won't have mercy, it will have to come from the corner or doctors or Oscar will have to quit for the first time in his life, OR like I believe he will be KNOCKED OUT maybe sooner than later !

Roach has got it all down with Pac's weight, he is not dumb and gonna put weight on Manny that means nothing but slow him down, NO NO NO, Manny will be at the same weight he fought Diaz on fight night with no drain but extra strength stamina and SPEED ! Somebody said it will be like two 100 mph tomahawks warming up that nice head.

History is gonna happen,,,,we will see the great little man beat the great old man !

This is Pacmans time to SHINE , SHINE ON PAC , SHINE ON !!!!!

you know every vote counts...that is the saying so every ppv counts.

just enjoy it! so you do not like seeing a guy get knocked out? or beat up? did you not enjoy oscar vs mayorga? this fight will be similar but pacman will be out cold. Oscar is gonna make this fight happen and pacman will try to be a slickster but get jabbed and countered all day.

Oscar is the goldenboy and no matter waht you haters say! he deserves his due...WHEN HE KNOCKS PACMAN out you better tell me oh **** domain you were right! or domain you are never wrong.

well considering elections are done by electoral votes yeah sure votes do count

but how do those people who vote for 3rd party candidates help out the ********s or **********s .. answer .. not at all.

I don't mind knock outs and Mayorga vs Oscar was all right to watch

except for the fact that Trinidad pretty much did the same thing.

but I mean the writing was pretty much on the wall as Mayorga is an easy fighter to hit and DLH is certainly powerful.

it was nice to see Ricardo dropped in the first round and put out.

and Domain you've got your fight plan pretty much down to a T as what will happen "get jabbed and countered all day."

wow that sounds like a fight I can't wait to see, gosh can't wait

how can you get any enjoyment as one of your fav fighters will be "out cold" and big whoop DLH kayoed a guy so much smaller then him

              where's the glory?

as oscar himself claims in during the city to city tour that he'll win by kayo

so you saying it isn't this big surprise.

Simple I love knockouts! and Oscar is my favorite before pacman.

I really want oscar to payback Pacman for what pacman did to david diaz! david diaz was supposed to win because he had a better story to me and he drove a car with no ac.

oh jeez I still have horrible nightmares about your thread commenting on how "Yoked" Diaz looked at the weigh in for the fight with Pacquiao

looking Yoked really didn't seem to help Diaz though

as he got completely schooled. better story or not.
