KIMBO is prime example why Boxers are better than MMA fighters

He didn't HAVE any cred, it was all hype.MMA fighter got KOed by a puny jab...of course one has to disredit Kimbo's MMA cred all of a sudden and jump to the Petruzelli band wagon all of a sudden... Sorta like forget Kimbo, he wasn't a REAL MMA fighter anyway. But the truth is, MMA fighters don't get as much lethal blows to the head and body on a sustained period as boxers do, to them, one flimsy tap and its over. I won't even be surprised if somebody got rich in MMA today.

I just wanna see the ratings next time for this CBS experiment with MMA. Last time I heard they got about 6 million houses to watch, what will they get 250k to watch the great superstar Gina Carao(not sure the spelling). Honestly, CBS did go the right way with this trying to hype up a power punching guy but MMA to the regular public wont click because no one dominates. I wonder what the ratings would be if boxing were to put on some real good punchers and make them look good. Put Lopez and Pavlik on a bunch of ABC cards and let people follow them, bet it does really good after a show or two.Comment

Yeah, pretty much, because regular MMA fans know who Seth is.
Yes, most of his losses came by way of submission. The other loss was by Dec. His opponent was a better wrestler. But he was never knocked out in ny of his MMA or Kickboxing matches.
If there were odds for the fight, Seth would have been the dog in a bad way. Mostly because Vegas bookies don't follow.
Someone would have made a killing.Comment
