95% of the time MMA sucks ass, but when two well rounded fighters are going at it it's about as good as boxing. You need to watch fighters like:

    Gomi
Crocop (although his tight shorts and big ass might offend your sensibilities, he's also not exactly well rounded, but he's good)
    Diego Sanchez
    Mach Sakurai
Anderson Silva (he's ******ed, but he's maybe the best MMartist)
    BJ Penn
    Kid Yamamoto
    Lyoto Machida
    Rampage Jackson

        Yeah.

Gary Shaw ruined it by overhyping two large muppets and a good female fighter because she's got great ****.

Also not scheduling one well rounded fight.

Yeah. The problem with Brock Lesnar is that people use him to take credibility away from MMA, and thats not fair. The guy has had about 18 years of training in wrestling, and focused purely on learning MMA for two full years before looking for a fight. The guy is a serious physical specimen, nobody would have an easy time fighting him unless they are packin.
Anyway people can hate on MMA all they want, its a very entertaining sport and the truly hardcore fans are similar to boxing fans: educated and passionate.

If your going to fault Lesnar for trying to make a decent living, you're going to have to fault a lot of other fighters as well, because before MMA, if you weren't pretty looking, there was nothing for you in martial arts except petty endorsements and cheap speaking engagements.
I'm not faulting the "fighters" for making a living, I'm faulting for all the organization for thinking it's even on the same level as boxing.

Why would we need Lesnar to take credibility away from MMA (assuming MMA even has any credibility to begin with) when we have Kimbo and a boat load of other no skilled bums.
