this is going to be a hell of a fight. Tsurkan's fight with Feliciano was crazy, Feliciano took such a bad beating. some kind of heart though, eh?

Im excited for the matchups tonight.

Guiterrez was more of a solid fighter with a very good chin and good power that was coming foward. Angulo knocked him out.. Clottey couldnt knock him out and just got by him with a MD. Giving Guiterrez his only loss....

Feliciano was just throwing at air with Tsurkan, trying to be the "new" Gatti... it was a complete mismatch.. he didnt have any power in his punches and fought the majority of his carreer at 140. Moving up to 154 for the first time.
sure agree . i think angulo has fought a better opponent.
and i havent seen vanes last fight.

Dude Angulo loses to ANYONE with speed and a little bit of power. I was not impressed at all. Slow, methodical, was getting hit a lot. The only thing going for him is his workrate(which is average). His punching power is WAY overrated here in BS. I bet fighters like Vanes and Kirkland beat him hands down. Sorry my opinion.

not a very good opinion. you obviously havent seem most of kirkland's fights. out of Kirkland, Vanes and Angulo, Kirkland is the last of the pack. Not saying he isn't good, but he's showed many weaknesses in his previous fights. Even though Vanes hasn't fought the type of competition Kirkland and Angulo have, you can see flashes of what makes him a good fighter. Angulo so far has shown the type of ability and patience that can get him far in the division. I would favor him over Kirkland, but against Vanes, it is a tough fight to call.

Angulo's body punching is already among the very best in boxing after only 14 fights. No reason he won't keep improving and he'll be hell for anyone to fight.

So after 14 fights you come to a judgement that he is already in the very best in body punching in boxing?

                      i gotta agree bro...

without being biased at all... Angulo simly looked SLOW, i expected a bit more from both him and Tsurkan sitting ringside at that fight.

Vanes' speed and power could very well overwhelm Angulo

i must admit though Angulo is much more calm and collected and looks more like a pro fighter out of the two...
but raw talent/speed/power... after seein that last fight, hands down id go with Vanes
