I think you miss the point. Margarito only has ONE title. The SUPER champion has to have more than one title. That's the WBA's justification for even having more than one champion at the same weight. They made two champions at 147 to collects off two fighters. They made one guy a champion without ever fighting the actual title holder. Why not just make 100 champions under the WBA. Next a mandatory is in line, why not just make him the champ and the other guy a super chamo so they dont have to fight.

The guy deserves something like that for all the big coward fighters avoiding him. There was only one brave fighter who gave him the chance to prove his worthy and that was Miguel Cotto.
