If he wants to keep his "0" intact moving to 140 is not a bad idea as the competition isn't as good.

Huh ? Andre Berto has fought at Jr Middleweight in his early career, how the hell is going to move down ? and why not fight Luis Collazo ? this is a strange choice indeed and a bad one at that.

Berto's body don't really look like it's bulid for 140lbs.

This is a smart enough move.

He is a smallish, overmuscled welter, he is likely to do better at 140, and his power will be more potent there.

He was pretty light fight night in his last fight as I remember. It might not be a bad idea to move down and build a bit more experience. It's tough given that he currently has a belt, but he should be able to dominate 140, where at WW, Williams, Margarito, Clottey and maybe even Mosley would probably beat him right now.
