Whilst he would have had a chance it wouldn't have been much of one if we are talking about prime Jones. I am a fan of both Eubank and Benn, especially Benn, who isn't? But the fact of the matter is that whilst Benn was one hell of a puncher he was too easy to hit.

Also, Roy was not anywhere near as chinny in his prime as he is now or was against Tarver, he could definately take a pretty decent punch. In terms of who would fair better against Jones out of Eubank and Benn I would lean with Benn having a greater chance on the basis of his punching power but I think Roy would probably have stopped him as he was just too easy to hit. I just see Roy landing devestating straight right leads all night.
