JMM is just too good of a boxer imo to let hatton have his way. but hattons strength on the inside could be the equalizer, but i would still have to go with my gut and the superior boxing of jmm.

Hatton is the Batman of 140.

He has tricks up his sleeve that JMM hasn't seen before and Hatton usually gets away with it.

He'd make it hard for JMM.

Possibly, I see Marquez winning on the cards. But if he messed him up badly enough with the counters and leads, they would have no choice but to stop the fight. Ricky's face is like the broadside of a barn, as long as you throw something you can hit it.
jmm got knocked down by smaller fighters though. hatton is too stong

maybe, but his technical brilliance would hopefully be enough to keep it at very least competitive

Yeah but Pac is the hardest hitter at 130lbs, maybe even 135lbs as well. And the times he dropped Juan had more to do with speed than with power. If it were a power issue, when Juan got up he would've looked woozy or stunned. But he didn't, he always just sat right up and got back to fighting.

Hatton is the Batman of 140.

No doubt Juan has never been in a wrestling match before, I'll give you that one. But I still think Marquez would be too crafty, maybe even take a page out of Floyd's book and use his elbows to create punching space.

But I wouldn't want to hear Ricky piss and moan over that again for another 6 months.

true, but who knows how he deals w/ 140 lbs power, probably not well.
