marquez aint got enough to beat hatton, i'd imagine he'd try and dominate the center of the ring, i cant invisage him doing a mayweather and pot shotting..... and hattons power is massive at 140.. much more powerfull than pacman
Ricky will still be able to be caught coming on the way in. I'm sure JMM could earn Hatton's respect with his punches.

He puts guys right on the end of those babies.

I'd far rather this than Hatton/DLH. That size discrepency is far bigger than Hatton/Marquez and Marquez has the skills to offset a size and strengh advantage unlike Hatton who relies on it to make him a special inside fighter at his natural weight.

I think Hatton would win, he would just be too big and too strong for Marquez, Marquez would probably have his moments though.

hattons got a good chin, and if he knows hes badly effecting marquez body its just gonna make him more bloody minded and determined to walk through marquez.. and hatton is pretty hard to nail coming in, hes got good head movement, not like mayweathers but is pretty hard to stop.. and when they do meet hatton will throw about 6 punches and marquez will probably only connect with 2 or 1 due to hattons feints and shimmys.. i cant see marquez taking too many body shots.. i think hatton would stop him inside 10 rounds

especially now hattons started a good winning streak, he'll be more confident each fight...

marquez aint got a very good jab, hes not a potshotter like paulie and floyd... paulies a **** example but can throw a jab from outside hattons distance.. marquez cant, he'll have to get close to even make contact with hatton.. hatton would steamroll him

Would be sick...I wish they made this.
          Agree 100%.

My post was going to be almost identical to yours.

I think it could be a very close fight, but i went with Hatton.
Looks like its a real fans fight, would be great if it was made.

I'd have to go with Marquez, but that may be because I'm a huge fan of his. I think Hatton gets hit too much and the size difference isn't as big as people have said. He only gives up 1/2 an inch in height, retains the bigger reach and he looked like he coped well with lightweight.

If Mayweather Sr works on Hatton even more though, it could be a difficult fight for Marquez. I'd be rooting for him though.
