The 2008 Summer Olympics was the first in which the US failed to win a gold or a silver medal.

You can say it's because all the big American athletes are going into football or bastketball, but what about the light heavyweight, middleweight and super middleweight divisions, which have medium-sized men who are too small for pro football and basketball?
also, these men are not too small for football.
We see wide recievers, safteys and corners as smaller guys, 5'10-6'2" and less than 200 pounds (when trying to bulk up and not make weight) with speed and reflexes and stregnth are ideal for these positions.

It just all evens out now. Being a world champion in boxing really means being the best in the world now.

No, there are no men who weigh only 160 or 168 pounds in the NFL. They are all at least cruiserweight size .

i like the orchestra for national anthems, it is far better than some American hip hop star butchering the anthems,

i like the entrances in Germany too, they are very flashy,

No, he ducked his mandatory prime-age opponent to fight a 40 year old. He could have fought both if he wanted to, there plenty of months in the year to have three fights instead of two.

The WBC world titleholder at 175 is Adrian Diaconu from Romania.

Replacing? Not yet. Gaining ground? Most certainly.

German crowds aren't loud enough, I have notice. They don't bring in the chants like the english do

I would hope so... Europe as a greater population than the United States.
