I tend to agree with that. Or if Mosley sold his soul to make the fight.

I would still pick Shane over Floyd. Styles make fights and Shane's willingness to trade/take punches to get his own would be the difference in the fight. They would be the same size. Floyd has the speed advantage and Shane has the power. Shane by 11th rd KO!

            PBF/Sugar

Floyd would SPANK Mosley's ASS! Mosley needs Floyd to revive his career that's why he's calling him out. When Floyd called Shane out he had to go to the DENTIST!

I agree that Mayweather would not come back for Mosley, but if it did happen, Floyd would have to be a prohibitive favorite.

Mosley struggled with Ricardo Mayorga. Enough said there, but even a year or two ago it was clear Mosley was slipping, and though it would have been a competitive fight back then, now it would be pretty one-sided for Mayweather, IMO.

But it just is not a big enough fight for Floyd to come back with. It's either Oscar II or Pacquiao if he beats Oscar. Those are the only two possibilities I can see...

yalll acting like floyd is boxing almighty. he struggled against dlh. hatton had him uncomfortable in the early rounds. when shane said he was taking a vacation but he'll fight him early 07 floyd acted like he forgot who shane was. if floyd was so sure he'll win he wouldve fought him already.

i agree shane didnt look good against mayorga but to say he struggled when mayorga landed 12% & didnt land 100 punches. shane can still beat floyd.

floyd will run but shane has the skills to cut he ring off. floyd aint hitting hard enough to keep shane off him. he have a better defense than shane thats bout it. to some it up floyd will lose that 0.

Speaking with Tim Smith of the New York Daily News and yours truly, Schaefer was asked what is next for Mosley. Mosley has been calling out welterweight champion Antonio Margarito. But Margarito's promoter, Bob Arum, last week said that Mosley would have to wait until Margarito fights a rematch with Miguel Cotto in June.

Schaefer has another plan. He said he is going to speak with Al Haymon and Leonard Ellerbe, both of whom are advisers for the "retired" Floyd Mayweather Jr. [details]
What excuse would Mosley think of now?
