Margarito can't beat Williams so this is how they justify it. Going to 147 has a lot of drawbacks for Williams, who is a tall welterweight at 6'2 but so was Tommy Hearns. If Williams can overcome those issues then more power to him. Doesn't change the fact that he has Margarito's number.
