Paul can fight at any weight he can make. Playing the height card is tyrannical on DiBellas part, come on now. If Mr Berto seriously reckons he's the mackdaddy, and I'm sure he does, he should fight Williams. Everyone seems to think hel lose anyway. Its a win win situation!

Most boxers move up in weight when their careers progress williams has done the opposite and moved down. so for you to say he can move up is pretty ****** considering that's his natural weight and it's not moving up like what a floyd has done. don't fool yourself he doesn't move up in weight he has moved down
Fan boy? How old are you?

And why are you laughing at the end of your post? Because you think what you wrote was clever? I suppose Bernard Hopkins is a natural cruiser since that's where he first fought before moving down?

      Huh?

And there's a long list of fighters who've done that. Perhaps if you comprehended what I wrote you wouldn't ask why I said that. The bottom line is that if a weight isn't a natural fit for you, it hurts not helps. Paul Williams makes 147 comfortably. Sure he blows up the next day but so does Antonio Margarito, Joshua Clottey and, in years past, Ike Quartey and Felix Trinidad. The only difference is Williams had the balls to fight even a fringe contender at middle. Most fighters in his position (unable to get a big fight) would've fought some chump junior welter/welter to stay busy. Williams at least gave himself some sort of challenge.

I don't know what you're point is except to say that Williams is picking on smaller guys. Well if it's height you're referring to then please remember they're weight classes, not height ones. And if it's weight than, what's your problem? He makes it comfortably, and like 95% of the freaking fighters in the world, he blows up after. Big deal.

This is what you don't comprehend. That what i bolded is not called having balls. Did you not see the fight or pics? In your words williams "has the balls to move up in weight" but yet he's still bigger than his opponents where the balls at? him ko'ing kolle in one round proves that you look foolish! No one can jump two weight classes and knock a guy out in one round! so i guess manny is going to ko oscar? Manny going up is closer to having balls even though its more for the money. But please dont say he has the balls to move up....what he has the balls to move up and now fight people just a little bit smaller than him compared to alot? You're fooled by his i'll fight anyone tactics from 147-168.

and your hopkins comparison was horrible. That was his first fight at cw and never returned till many many years later. williams fought his first 12 or so fights above 154. You want to use hopkins as an example? hopkins fighting at 160 then jumping multiple division to challenge a bigger tarver at light heavyweight is what you would call having balls. Talk to me when williams "moves up" and actually fights someone his size.

Right. Because champions routinely leap two divisions for tune-ups.

            Define bigger please.

            I just saw it!

so i guess manny is going to ko oscar?
Can we stick to the topic please?

it doesn't matter what you think..............

if the man can weigh in at 147 or under the day b4 the fight, he's a ww......

i think its hard **** to even aspire to hold titles at ww, jm, & mw at the same time, & defend those bitches. who else can? give credit where credit is due, and quit hating, loser..............

weren't u the same boy saying pw wasn't ****, and couldn't hit worth **** after he lost to quintana the first fight? now look at you....

what a difference a couple of months make...........

....so....$50 bucks says Berto got a phone call or something telling him to cease and desist with the crazy **** on the internet from DiBella.

I'd hate to have to get online and try to bull**** my way through a long, official statement that basically all boils down to "We don't want it, I already said we didn't want it, but I guess I forgot to give Andre the memo. Sorry for the trouble."

di bella is right. paul is too big for a welterweight. he should move up in weight. super middleweight maybe, then in the next two years he should go up again, in the light heavyweight division.

i guess no one will duck him in the lightheavy division.
