yeah he is and williams is really tough calling out a fighter at 5-8. Williams seems like a cool dude i would actually be somewhat of a fan of his if he would man up and take on people his size. He gets no respect from me fighting at 147

Williams has the discipline and dedication to make weight man. Even if I think Margs is more of a natural Welter, I can't hate on Williams for making 147.

While we are on the topic of being too big, both Cotto and Berto are huge welterweights just not very tall. Both of them come in on fight night at 160+ so that size excuse just won't fly anymore.

It was perfectly fine for Cotto to come in 17lbs heavier than his opponents at 140 but now the shoe is on the other foot fans and promoters alike start making lame excuses for them.

I hope clottey vs williams gets made because Berto would get punished by a Paul williams and Margarito..I'd give him a better shot against a mosley and cotto...I think Mosley goes after berto those are the fights that need to be made right now....Cotto could fight cintron early next year and whoever wins Clottey and Williams should fight a rematch with Margarito unification fight because they'll have 2 belts to margarito's one and both fights were close..Then there would be one undisputed champion, but i know it won't be that easy that's the best route to go though....So Clottey vs Williams and Mosley vs Berto then early next year Cotto vs Cintron and Margarito vs the winner of Clottey vs Williams if scared then he can always fight Mosley....I bet margarito is loving this the two fighters he were running scared from because clottey was ready to fight margarito in nov, but bailed out...

I understand where you coming from. I have seen you defending Margarito in these forums just like me. I'm 10x a Margs fan than Williams, but put youself in Williams' shoes. Going into the ring, would you want to have all the advantages to win?? I would, that's why I don't get upset with people making weight.
