Berto is not a hype job, how far ha can go is yet to be seen but he is already a champion, not elite, but a champion. Yuriorkis Gamboa, now that's a hype job, nobody that chinny can be elite unless they have some crazy heart, and even then you can't be chinny vs regular joes because that means the top dogs are going to maul you.
