You would be the one to think that it was garbage. It's EXACTLY what Joe Calzaghe is and has been. You being a huge fan, just simpley wont comprehend it. It is a good none biased article. You only disagree because you cant argue about it.

You have to stop and take away the Calzaghe glasses and read the article as if it was about a fighter you never heard of before. Maybe you would see a different view on Joe, the NOT so perfect one.

Like I have said about the article before, I don't mind people being blinded by there own flag, just don't expect EVERYONE else to be as gullible. I know your sensitive about him and take much pride when you speak of him and that's cool too, But the fact is. There is nothing "great" about him, not his career, not his wins against untested fighters, Old legends, or just simply the bums. He is undefeated and if he losses that. He will be nothing at all and easyly considered the biggest over rated fighter in boxing's history. His name will come up when Hatton, haye, Khan and so on are brought up.

Don't get me wrong, it takes some skills to remain undefeated. But an undefeated record does not impress me one bit. He has much to prove to the world if he wants the respect he begs for. Fighting Jones will not cut it. All it did was give Jones a chance to come back and for Joe, win or lose he will look bad. Very bad, especially if he retires right after the fight.

The fact that people question his status in boxing's history speaks for it self.
