    Frank Warren:

Man' Joe bitched out... why change now? Because Joe knows he's getting into hotter and hotter water and wants to make the most money he can before he gets knocked out! Ive only looked out for the best interest of Joe Calzaghe.. and That wasnt good enough for him, he knows damn-well Roy Jones is shot and 7 years ago he wouldnt even look Roys direction!

All I can say is i thought i had a great relationship with him and because of that i knew, he could beat any fighter for 5-6 or 7 million each time from repatation alone.. But Joe feels he's worth more, 10-15 and 20 mil and i coulda got him that but Joe wants all of that he wants to cut me out and collect all 20 mil and thats okay Joe becausd I'll still be right there when he gets knockedout.. I mean he is a winner but who has he really fought, he barely beat Hopkins, Kessler was Lacy like in experience and pedigree, and well who else is there, Eubanks haha dont get me started! Im done, Im done!

Top ten greatest fighters of all time are American, greatest fighter of today is American in Mayweather, fighter of the 90s decade was Roy Jones Jr. European fighters are bums.

"They're either corrupt or incompetent," was Atlas' take on the boxing arm of the International Olympic Committee, which implemented the uneven and confusing five-judge, touch-pad approach to scoring fights.
But Im saying if the judges were corrupt to all countries, how would that change the final medal tally of Britian compared to America?

Unless you're suggested America got robbed more.

I'm suggesting we need better judges at the olympics for boxing. It's disgusting to see that people still get cheated like roy jone jr did.

I think there is some truth to what warren said, but its not the total truth.

what we do know is that he pulled out of fighting johnson twice. he said he wouldn't fight rjj and fight pavlik and now he's done a 180 and is fighting rjj and avoiding pavlik.

also i can't believe calzaghe gave rjj 50%. RJJ has absolutely no leverage. he's shot and couldn't end the fight against a faded tito. no way in my mind rjj deserved 50%. all he has is a name and it isn't even that credible a name at this point in his career.

I could be wrong, but wouldn't have Calzaghe actually more money against Pavlik? Calzaghe/Pavlik wouldn't have been 50/50 split would it? I would think it would be something like 60/40 or some ****. Joe is the bigger name even if he is european.

The 50/50 split thing is entirely based on what Warren is saying. I havent heard any confirmation of that anywhere else so take it with a pinch of salt.

Jones vs Trinidad did more than double the PPV buys of Pavlik vs Taylor II. Just to put in perspective how much of a draw Jones still is.

Which is why I feel Calzaghe had a sudden change of heart when he saw the $$$ signs on paper.

Thats what Warren says. I have no idea whether the TV money would be equal in both cases, is it going to be PPV in America? If so i would think the Jones fight would sell more, putting more into the pot?

Don't abase yourself ****_diggler. Tito Trinidad is a legend, he has a huge following over here, the Hispanics worship him, the PPV numbers in the Jones fight had nothing to with Roy - see the Roy's comeback fights with Hanshaw as an example. Nobody in the states know who Calzaghe is, he's just had first fight here and it could've went either way against somebody who is years past their prime.
