Baldomir could have afforded the sanctioning fees in my opinion. He chose not to pay them. Why would he have when the chances of him winning were next to nothing?

I thought he just captured the WBC and an IBF belt in welter. B-Hop was undisputed @ 160, Joe Calzaghe is undisputed @ 168, Tito was at 147. I thought that means u have all major alphabelts?

              3/4.

              Margarito had the WBO.

Regardless, Floyd has been the lineal, and "true" champion at 130, 135, 147, and beat the best man at 154.

He also embarrassed the man who was the lineal champ at 140, and would of beat him even worse if they had fought at 140, IMO.

In short, Floyd has beaten the lineal champion in 4 of the 5 weight classes he's been in.
