Joe Louis doesn't belong, neither does Carlos Monzon really. Monzon wasn't spectacular but I wouldn't say he was slow.
Rocky Marciano wasn't the most gifted as far as speed goes.

Joe Louis had quick hands.
Carlos Monzon's handspeed was pretty average.
Alexis Arguello's feet were on the slow side. His hand speed, in his prime, was decent but nothing special.
