The answer to that question is a definitive yes. It looks like Margarito is going to sit on his win over Cotto as if there are no other fighters out there to fight besides Cotto. If he doesn't fight again until June then that's ridiculous no matter how you look at it and the intentions are obvious. Margarito doesn't need a year rest between fights. Sure, he might fight a washed up Mosley who has already lost to Cotto. Arum wins no matter the result if he goes with a Cotto rematch. He doesn't want Paul Williams and that's obvious regardless off the excuses some here will come up with. Margarito's reputation will take a deserved hit because of that.

Maybe Margarito knows he can't beat Williams. I have yet to hear a response from him about a rematch. He even avoids questions about Paul Williams.
