The Showtime crew is better than the HBO crew. Kellerman actually knows a lot more about boxing than Merchant does. I think people don't like Kellerman because they are so used to Merchant and that is not to say Kellerman is pefect because he far from it. IMO its like older people only wanting to Howard Cossell on Monday Night Football even though the new guy is not bad.

Source? I watched it. After Shane got the KO, Larry just yelled "Shane Mosley, I love you!" into the ring really loudly. I laughed for like ten minutes.

In contrast to Showtime, HBO is off the charts. Lampley is the voice of boxing cemmentation, period. Merchant is a boxing genius and it takes a little intellegence to get his points, but at least he doesnt just circle around the truth to make the network look good like the Showtime guys. He is real, like he always was and the network would not be the same without him. I like Kellerman, but he is borderline annoying with those bug eyes. Showtime should have layed down the benjamins to get him over there so there was acually some competition. IMO, if Showtime had any worse commentators, I would watch the fights without audio.
