No way Mayorga would have won a Decision after a 10-7 final round, I don't see why your making it a big deal.
I wasn't making a big deal out of it - you're overreacting. I was just noting the oddity of the ending, very rare. You're correct that Mayorga would not win a decision after that round, but unless the fighter is clearly out I think he should be given the count after the bell in the final round. Not that one sees this happen virtually ever.

LMAO, Larry Merchant just called Shane Mosley a Queen. Sometimes his ramblings just don't come out sounding like they do in his head.

He may have been accurate but for the majority of the rounds he was doing very little. He's easily going to get outworked fighting like this against Margarito and some of the other big names.

Very unimpressive performance from Mosley. I thought it was a pretty close fight on the cards.

I think Shane himself sees the end of the road coming. He's 37 and isn't what he used to be.
I don't think he has illusions.

Mosley for his own sake should leave marg alone when they asked him about it i think even he realised what he had been thru and reconsidered

You made it sound like there was some sort of corruption factor into the stoppage of the fight.

I don't think Mayorga could have made a count of 20 so I saw no problem with the ref stopping it right away.
