Who care that he fought Quintana first. It does not make a difference, he made a choice, you can only fight 1 person at a time. Arum and Haymon do hate each other so it takes a lot of cash for them to put that aside and Clottey-Williams was not a big enough fight at that point for them to come together. Hey they should fight now though, maybe Arum should shut the **** up, and actually try to really negotiate, and not just say things to the press just to make his guys look better.

Williams wanted to big fight against WW top dogs in Margarito Mayweather or Cotto. Beating Carlos Quintana would get him closer to Cotto. If he feared Clottey for giving a hard fight why would he have fought Margarito in the first place

I guess he is, he is very behind the scene and does not talk in the public like Arum so they have different styles. His guys seem to get very good deals though, so he must be very good at the negotiating table.
