IMO Paul Williams is the "most improved" fighter of 2008. After a dismal performance early this year against Quitana, Paul seems to have improved his punching power drastically and is one of the most motivated fighters in the game today...

Another thing I like about Paul is, that he's on route to fighting four times in 2008. I think that speaks volumes alone...
