Jin!! Why do you want to see your husband in the ring with Floyd at this stage? Shane will have that look on his face in the corner of round 5 against Cotto for all 12 against Floyd. It will just be silly looking with Floyd taking off backwards peppering Mosley to hell.

Peppering with butterfly taps. Shane has been in there with the big boys so there will be no real damage. If Floyd is faster and wins so be it I rather speed over strength at this point.

That's not good. Is the marriage in trouble or are you just saying that you run the show? I'd hope it's the later. I don't know you guys but from what I've seen, Shane worships the ground you walk on.

What about your older son? He is starting to really get into the sport right? I can't wait to look out for him in the next few years.

All marriages are work. I think most times it is the women who ends things.
We are fine. My oldest is really into it now. Diet, sacrifice and working out everyday has consumed him.

First I am VERY shocked that Jin would even post here.
Let me first apologize for likes of what infest this board.
Many are nameless and face posters who are also classless.
They say that they are boxing fans but in my opinion they arent.
I respect all fighters because it takes real courage to fight for a living and because I respect fighters I will only go so far in critisizing them.
I wish I had the talent that Shane has.....he probably is the greatest lightweight champion in the history of boxing and that includes people like Roberto Duran.
His record speaks for itself.
I even have a Shane Mosley speedbag that I use and its great!
But what really sets Shane apart is that he is a really nice guy and very classy and humble.
I get so tired of people just constantly being on you Jin for standing up for your HUSBAND.
Shane you are VERY lucky to have a woman like her in your life she is the total package.
You two should realize somethingeople are critics.
They are critics and half the time dont even know why they are.

Shane I dont know why you fought Mayorga.
He is truely a classless individual although his antics with you were no where NEAR his normal clown act.
I really dont like...I repect him as a fighter but always root for him to be KO'd.

I would love to see you Shane fight Mayweather but he is very careful(Im being diplomatic here) with who he chooses as an opponent.

Ive noticed there are so many haters not only among the fans but other fighters too.

Shane fought Mayorga more as a stay busy fight. The Zab cancellation really screwed things up for us. At the time most fighters were tied up and this was pretty much an only option. The other option was Sergio but he was tied up with Vernon in a rematch clause. Vernon was an option but Gary Shaw has options on him and I wouldn't let that foul pig make a cent off of Shane.

On a more serious note. It is very disappointing how some in here lashed out at her.

You have to look at the position she is in. She is looking out for Shane more than any other manager or promoter ever would. She is his wife, and in this cut throat business, also his manager and protector.

She is outspoken because she is his wife and business partner. You cannot blame her for wanting him to retire as any loving wife would not want to see their husband be in harms way.

Everyone says on how great of a person Shane Mosley is, and he is just that. Anyone will tell you, that when you are married, you are a reflection of your partner. Personalities blend and mix. That should tell you what type of person she is also, because she is probably Shane's only source of sanity in this insane way to make a living.
