I'm not sure if I completely agree but you make an excellent point.

i must confess, although i voted Mayweather, Jones was more exciting in his prime. But Floyd fought bigger men almost for his whole career.

jesus ****ing christ how can you rate mayweather and jones a better representative when they dodge fighters all the way up til they want to retire.

im sorry but, regardless if you think jones or mayweather was a better fighter than pac, fact is pac didnt dodge any one. and if you say he dodged marquez you are an idiot cause he fought him twice.

For that reason I'll say Roy although I believe Mayweather was actually better than him.

Pacman doesn't quite have the same aura, as Juan Manuel Marquez could explain.
I agree with this but I would say that Pacquiao has been taking many more risks than Jones or Mayweather ever did while they were on top.

But having a crowd pleasing style really do not have nothing to do with being the P4P king it’s based on skills. The reason I can’t give it to pacman is because JMM imo is 1-0-1 vs. pacman.

My vote goes to Roy when he was at the height of his p4p reign it looked like no one could touch him.

Edit: Floyd was good but he looked like he could be beat at times were Jones did not.

You are mistaking the question. I didnt ask who was the better fighter while in thier prime. I asked who "represented" the title better. Meaning, who took on the top comp, who looked to prove they were best while actually fighting the best! etc. Yes both Roy and Floyd were much better boxers than Pac, but like i said b4, while at the top they both left many questions unanswered. They avoided facing the top dogs that the boxing world was calling for them to face. Its as if they chose to coast and take the easy route once on top.

I agree with your stance on this because they are some fights for Pacman to take after De la Hoya and Ricky Hatton is not and should not be one of them.

It has to be between Mayweather and Jones. Pac has only fought 1 time since earning the P4P #1 spot, against David Diaz. Mayweather and Jones reigned at P4P #1 for long periods, so I don't see how you can rank Pacs 1 fight against their whole reigns.

I would have to go with Roy though, he dominated LHW, and even jumped to HW to prove his skills against a rugged tough fighter like Ruiz.
