RJJ when he was still undefeated. He has power, skill and entertainment factor imo.

Roy Jones, I actually think Floyd is all around better skilled than Jones. But Roy was like an enigma when he was P4P best.

I think both Floyd and Roy had that aura which made that P4P #1 status undisputed, although this was not the case for Mayweather in the earlier years of his reign, he semed to want it a little bit too much. For that reason I'll say Roy although I believe Mayweather was actually better than him.

Pacman doesn't quite have the same aura, as Juan Manuel Marquez could explain.

Roy Jones Jr. in his day was one of the best boxers ever, he had it all, he was pretty much unbeatable.

I feel that Pac's dominance over 3 of the best Mexican fighters of our time, in conjuction with his entertaining/crowd pleasing style, makes his a better representitive of the title. Both Roy and Floyd were masters of thier craft, and all around better fighters than Pac, but there were many questions left unanswered by the both of them while in thier prime. For that reason, my vote goes to Pac.

Roy's defence was not very good. It consisted mostly of jumping backwards with his hands in the air. He did have very good reflexes though, which makes the point somewhat moot.

Based on what happened to him later in his career, it is only possible to conclude that he had a poor/ average chin. Certainly not a good one.
