Boxers tend to get that itch though. They think they're done with the sport, but they miss it too much. They've been doing it so long, it's what they know and do best.

It's happened numerous times before, and I think it'll happen again with Floyd, who's been boxing since was how old? 4? 5?

Boxers don't box because they love getting hit in the face. Its the feeling of crowd cheering you on as you get hit in the face that we love. Floyd retired because he doesn't have any fans. He gets nothing out of being booed every fight.

Floyd seems to be very much still into boxing and his legacy is still yet to be sealed. i think he needs a few more fights to prove he is an ultimate legend and a throwback fighter. His hand specialist said he has 1-2 more which may be a factor. hatton would be the one, and hopefully we will see a two. Medics alwasy err on the side of caution and I wish Floyd pushes the envelope of his bad hands to 4-5 fights. I would like to see him beat pizzaman, Cotto, Oscar again, Mosley and then Fatton just for the entertainment value!!!
