Carl Froch: "Calzaghe, Taylor Ran From Me This Year"

Two of the world’s hardest hitting super middleweights are set to put their respective unbeaten records on the line in a battle for the division’s most prestigious championship belt as Carl “The Cobra” Froch (23-0, 19 KO’s) squares off against Montreal, Quebec’s Jean Pascal (21-0, 14 KO’s), on December 6th, at the Trent FM Arena, in Froch’s hometown of Nottingham, England, to fill the vacant WBC title. At this stage Froch is a high risk low reward sort of fighter, Froch should count himself lucky that Calzaghe didn't want to fight him because he would of got embarassed by Joe.

As for Taylor he should of taken the oppurtunity, A wbc title and and rising british prospect, would of been a good start for him at 168. Taylor would of beat him a well.

Kessler would destroy Froch. I saw in the Robin Reid fight that Froch was easily open to the right hand and when a (shot) Reid starting hitting him with the right he sorta didn't know what to do, he was turning his head and looking outside the ring and at his corner. Froch will be KOd sooner or later depending on who he fights.

No ones running from him. I really like froch and I expect to see a lot from him in the future. He's probably the replacement for Calzaghe as the british golden boy when he retires. But he has nothing to offer for other fighters as no one knows him. I'm not saying he wouldnt beat jermain or joe because thats not for me to say. Why would joe choose him out of all the fighters he could face?

Calzaghe is also running from me. The runner away that he is.

Actually, so is Froch. I've been calling him out down the pub for literally minutes and he's not got back to me yet. OK, we live in different cities, but what's that got to do with anything?

You know what I'm starting to wonder about Froch? I'm starting to wonder if he is subscribing to the Junior Witter school of career making in which a second tier fighter constantly calls out the best guys because he knows he isn't as good, will never reach that level under his own steam, so throws his name into the hat with the top guys in the hope of securing an undeserved payday.

                I'm wondering, thats all.

carl froch cant fight anybody who counter punches, he can say all he wants but he is not good enough to fight joe, jermain, jeff lacy, he needs to fight atleast kessler and kessler can ko froch within 4 rounds so instead of figthing him he gonna bad mouth other boxers, joe cal beat kessler

Why doesn't Froch concentrate on actually fighting, and earning those fights. Rather than just crying how everyone is "ducking" him...
