Not a ****** thread unless you are closed minded and sensitive. Why is everyone so uptight in this forum? This is actually a topic I saw on another board and it had some substance to it. Of course it doesnt hold true in all instances but there have been some greats and their defining losses came from people of color. Many mexican greats have only fought a precious few black fighters, perhaps because of style. Chavez first loss and his near first loss was against a black fighter, Oscar has only fought a handful and lost most, and some others, again this isnt something I thought of but it makes on think.

Chavez and Oscar also beat many 'black' boxers.

He happened to lose to Pernell Whitaker (yes he did lose that fight), a great boxer. No shame in that.

You seem unwilling to accept the obvious, which is that blacks and Mexican boxers often face one another, and neither race has a clear dominance over the other.

Contrary to your claim, Mexicans beat blacks in boxing all the time.
