Hate Is Really Envy: Why Does Everyone Want To Be Like Floyd?

No, I think they believe that he visited America some time after his unfortunate adventures in Israel and did some stuff that inspired someone to write the book of Mormon. The guy who 'found' the book of Mormon on some tablets was a noted con-man, but Mormons believe he is a biblical prophet. Awesome religion.
Some Mormon missionaries came to my house once, and I think they tried to hypnotise me.Comment

Because I once heard something along the lines of:
and also something along the lines of the lost tribes of Israel relocating to the United States. Not sure how they traveled there, possibly on Noah's definitely real and not at all made up Ark.No, I think they believe that he visited America some time after his unfortunate adventures in Israel and did some stuff that inspired someone to write the book of Mormon. id rather have an IQ.lol.Two people who have been on record saying they basically detest Floyd want to be like him. I remember Oscar saying post fight in the ring how Sr. showed him how to shoulder roll(he looked awful doing it) after the Gatti fight and was slobbering over the potential he could have with it. Now Hatton has hired Sr. to no doubt shore up his defensive deficiencies. Go figure.Comment

If they really do think that **** about the lost tribes of Israel relocating to America then I'd have to say it is a very stereotypical American type of religion. I'm surprised it hasn't been adopted nationwide.
Incidentally, 60% of Americans believe that the USA is 'specially favoured by God'. So perhaps the Mormons are somewhat redundant anyway.Comment

http://www.abc.net.au/rn/ark/stories/2007/1876696.htmThe Book of Mormon spells out the origins of Mormonism, based on the belief that the Lost Tribes of Israel sailed to the American continent and became identified by European explorers as the American Indians. Using the latest DNA findings Simon Southerton questions this belief.
Full respect to this DNA expert, but he's picking a bit of an easy target to prove his scientific skills.
A DNA expert proving that Native Americans are not a lost tribe of Israel is like Ali beating a guy with a 0-500 record.Comment
