Don't blame NBA and NFL, blame all the non-sports that clog up the so-called sports networks like WWE, monster trucks and all that ****e.

Then we can have Boxing back.
I'm more of a die hard hockey fan but I'm afraid those sports are here to stay cuz they are just way to popular in America and aren't showing any signs of fading.

I was just messing with you.
I think American boxing is doing all right. We just don't have that big name in the Heavy Weight division.

well, i was sort of joking. obviously i like the nfl, i have an amani toomer avatar. but i don't think i'm making any news headlines when i say that the nfl and nba are more popular than boxing in the united states right now.

other countries have stepped their game up as well. can't hate.

              A nation of 300 million....whats happening?:boobies:
What happened to British boxing? Are there any decent British fighters? Calzaghe goes on the retirement tour.. Amir Khan is one KTFO away from being dismissed as one of the biggest busts in the history of Boxing.. David Haye beats Enzo Maccarinelli then goes on to run his mouth like beating Enzo Maccarinelli is even remotely impressive.. Thank god Ricky Hatton is taking live fights has a decent chin and doesn't talk **** about being someone he's not. Why is it that British fans like to make threads bashing America? Probably because it takes the heat off them sucking at the sport they love so much, it's certainly not rooted in information.

and not to mention that a 50th ranked NBA player could still make $8million/year while a 50th ranked boxer will be lucky to even make $500k in his whole career.

Every time a BBall player plays no chance of death or long term injury unlike a boxing match.

Maybe you should ask someone who is British?
