For a retirement plan. I would give more money to fighters who had more fights. Minimum 15 fights.

Example, a fighter who was like 37-4 i would send him a check of 1 thousand dollars a month. And give him a healthcare plan for future health problems.

A fighter who had 15-20 fights id send them like 350 dollars a month or something.

It couldnt work that way because its easy to rack up tomato can wins like that and you would have to compensate thousands of fighters, a union would only work if the fighters and promoters practiced a sense of retention among themselves, retention meaning the fighter and promoters would pay a certain amount of dues into a trust/fund that is primarily serving a purpose of a retirement fund that would not be taxable upon withdrawl. Simply put, in order to do this you need to be a fighter who at the very least, is ranked within the RECOGNIZED sanctioning bodies top 25 or so to qualify for the healthplan/retirement plan, as i said before, if you had a certain amount of legit championships in your time or a certian amount of fights against top 10 opponents it would somewhat dictate what you would be elible for in the future in terms of the amount of benefit you could get later on.
