Carnera is an easy choice on this list, although I might have voted for Jess Willard if he were listed. Those who voted for Klitschko or Marciano are showing lots of ignorance.

I voted Jack Sharkey but you have to admit that Marciano is grossly overrated.
I voted for the 'legendary' Primo Carnera but he may have been a little underrated. Many of his fights may have been fixed but he wasn't the worst boxer I've ever seen.
His biggest weakness was actually his glass chin (seriously, the man was knocked down with almost every punch that landed on him), not his technique or talent.
Primo had a ton of heart though, he kept getting up against Baer and Louis although he was taking a severe beating.
Carnera wins the world title against Sharkey. Many believe this to be a 'fix' but the knockout punch seems legit (similar to Willard - Jack Johnson).
Carnera knocks out Ernie Schaaf with a jab. Schaaf died from his injuries.
