Is Antonio Margarito The Biggest Welterweight Ever?

This guy is tall, but unlike williams or hearns he isn't a toothpick, is Antonio Margarito the biggest welterweight ever? I can't think of any bigger. This guy easily looks like a middleweight.

Hugo Pineda looked real solid at WW and he was 6´2". He is the guy Tito fought before the DHL fight!!

ray robinson was actually quite solid for a welterweight of his era too, one of the reasons he moved up to MW was cos he had trouble making weight- but remember this was same day weigh ins so by todays standards he wasnt as big

but if he was fighting today he could rehydrate and come intot he ring at like 160
