What do you mean over rated , he is about as rock solid a fighter as you can get , total professional fighter competing at the highest level and this win was one of his career best ,,,, over rated , what is over rated , the official ratings have him rated right , the over rating your on about is somebodys personal opinion , you guys are so into bagging fighters I find it hard to understand , as a sports fan many should just follow the footy and roll over cars because your team lost , because your not a true boxing fan trying to down Marquez , either brother for that matter , class A fighters to the core .

Just watched this DVD copy I had it has JMMs fights and I finished watching the robbie peden fight and Peden blew chunks in the corner man JMM was just beating him systematically in that fight.

JMM is a scary dude if he had 1 punch ko power and an iron chin he would be almost indestructible.

And feather fisted Peden KTFO of Campbell with one punch, LOL, Bwahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

Marquez was sharp as hell in that fight. I specifically recall the GoldenPalace.com on Marquez back in that fight lol i wonder how much they get paid to do that.

I think ima pop in my dvd and watch that fight again.

That Marquez was 10x faster and 10x sharper than the one who fought Saturday. Marquez was scary back then thats why everyone avoided him. He is more vulnderable now but its making his fights exciting as hell and hes still good enough to beat the best.

Agreed on that. Marquez is as professional as they come. Yeah he's not as quick as he used to be, but not very many guys at his age can still be on the level he is. Yeah Casamayor is old, but still a good fighter and Marquez is the first guy to stop him. Plus both Pac fights he was extremely competitive and in eyes of some won both. Not even younger fighter's could do that.

Marquez is a beast he gave Pacman his toughest fights. He beat Barrera, Casa (older or not he is not a youngster himself) and he is poised to win even more big fights. I always root for Pac to blast out Marquez but give the man his props. He was avoided for years and now he is overrated please.
