I don't joke. If Kessler fought the bums in Pavlik's resume, he'd have at least 10 losses. I kid you not.

I doubt if Kessler or even Calzaghe can defeat Taylor much less Pavlik. The quality of bums in Denmark and in England pales in comparison with the quality of bums in the US. So if Taylor fought in England or Denmark every month for 5 years, he'd be an undefeated all-time-great too with probably a meaner looking KO percentage.

Calzaghe's claim to number 2 pound for pound is by barely beating Hopkins (who incidentally knocked him down) Taylor already did that feat - TWICE and in a more convincing fashion. Pavlik of course beat the man who beat the man twice, TWICE.

No wonder Mr. Calzaghe's afraid to tango with the smaller Pavlik.

Just saying it like it is mate. Darchinyan, Mundine and Katsidis are good boxers, but out of the 3, I think only Darchinyan deserves elite status, loss to Donaire notwithstanding. Katsidis will be a good gatekeeper of his division while Mundine unfortunately is fighting in a very very weak division. The best of his division is nowhere near the quality of the best fighters in the lower divisions, so even if he becomes champ, it doesn't automatically translate to pound for pound status.

A lot of people can't get over Calzaghe's style.

It's hard to deny though that the man has done good work in the SMW division for the past decade.

Yup, but his style winning over Pavlik is not a sure thing.
