    Yup,

No World Class fighter will risk it after this, and no network is gunna want to risk billing him again....

Plus, his purse has been withheld and he has to cover training expenses. At the age of 32....

He's ****ed up big. So much talent.

LOL, that's the ******est thing to believe. Why would he be scared when Guzman wanted the fight not Nate? Guzman took the deal to become Campbell's mandatory. Further, Guzman is undefeated and was the favorite going into the fight.

There are three sides to every story so lets wait until further info is released.

Diego Corrales got shots again. Castillo did too.

Obviously the difference is they are more well known then Guzman, but I wouldn't rule out guzman not getting a title shot eventually. He needs to fight REAL SOON though and make a statement as quickly as possible so people can move past this. The longer he waits to fight the worse it gets, imo. Even if it means fighting some bum on the streets on ESPN or Versus he needs to get in the ring fast, imo.

The Miss. commission doctor cleared Guzman to fight. Guzman himself declined to fight. His own people were begging him to fight, telling him if he got in trouble they would step up on the ring apron and stop the fight. Facts are facts. I was there and I heard it straight from the Miss. commissioner's mouth.

Corrales and Castillo were both well known, and had been in big fights. Guzman isn't well known, and doesn't have any great fights or wins really. And at 32, with his style...

I don't see how he will get another big fight like this man.

                  three sides to every story:
                  Guzman's Manager Nunez:
“I told Joan, I will not follow you into the ring. It’s not the right thing. It’s the wrong thing to do and I can’t go along with you on this. Your career is still brilliant. Your career will continue. But I must agree with the doctors that you cannot risk your life for one fight. If the doctors say you cannot go, I have to agree with them. We will move on from here.

Yes, I'm serious. I spoke to the commission again this morning just to confirm their position. The stories about the doc preventing Guzman from fighting came from Guzman's PR people. The commission is putting an indefinite "administrative" suspension on Guzman. Had the doctor not cleared him, the suspension would have been labeled as "medical".

This can all be verified directly with the Miss. Commission.

Thanks I already pointed that out.....

And at 32, with his style...

It's going to be difficult but like I said if he gets back into the ring quickly and makes a statement (in the ring) people will slowly forget. Boxing fans have short memories, you know this. Fighter A gets KO'd or looks ****ty, no one cares, but then they look impressive in a fight and all of a sudden there is a buzz again. It's the way the sport works. Now if Guzman doesn't get back into the ring, or is suspended for a year or whatever, then yeah your right, by the time he gets a shot it will be too late, which is sad because I believe he has the talent to be amongst the best. We shall see right
