I live in california, so no i dont argue with only filipinos and yes i did my own little research from all the arguments ive had with mexicans, Puerto ricans, Blacks, White, asians, and filipinos (pacific islanders), and filipinos know the least. I dont know whos filipino or white in these forums, some iam from real life arguments. they dont know ****
every single friend i have doesn't know **** about the sport. that's including every race.
i can't talk boxing to a single person i know aside from my dad.
boxing is really no longer a mainstream sport in america.Comment

And this is the reason why I can never make a serious post on BoxingScene. There is no way I could take this site seriously when almost every ****ing thread turns into a race war.Comment

Word.... I try to spark up conversations with Mexicans about boxing all the time... I'd be like asking em what they think about Marquez /Casa, or Katsidis/ Diaz, Morales/ Barrera, etc, etc. and they don't know jack **** about anybody... All they know is JCC jr being the son of Sr....Most Mexicans don't know **** about boxing, sorry, its the truth.Comment

i remember when pacquiao beat barrera at 126 and all the mexicans at my work was like , "chavez would ko pacquiao". i was like , "ummm chavez is not a featherweight."
i could use that as an example of mexicans not knowing much about the sport but that would be unfair.Comment

Drew Woodside and asian sensation are well respected sportswriters of filipino descent and their boxing knowledge rivals that of any historianComment
