I agree that Cotto shouldn't be off the list. Margarito lost to Paul Williams and then beat Kermit Cintron before beating Cotto(only impresive thing). Cotto deserves to be there more than Williams who lost to Quintana who is obviously not one of the top welters. He then beat Quintana, but who cares?

Cotto and Williams could virtuaqlly share the ten spot here. I don't see a gulf of difference though Williams has the bigger upside and likely longer career. Anyone who sees him therte is cool with me.
