Joe Calzaghe flies to the States on Sunday for a series of media conferences in New York and then Los Angeles.

"I don't want these things to be cosy," said Calzaghe in his column for the South Wales Argus. "I am not interested in being Roy Jones' friend for now.

Jones ducking Calz yeah right.. If Cal wanted to fight Roy so bad he should of came to the states.. Cal has been fighting decent but not great or elite fighters his whole career.. the best fighter he fought was a 43 year old man who knocked him on his ass and made him look like an amateur.. the only reason he is fighting Roy is because he know's Roy is pretty much shot.. Imagine Cal fighting Roy 10 or 5 years ago.. he wouldnt wanna do that he knows he would lose.. he's been promoted by frank warren his whole career all frank does is protect his fighters against competition.. look at khan, hatton, etc.. Im gonna LAUGH if Joe ends up losing to Roy
