Great win for JMM. He beat a great opponent and a champion. but he looked a bit slow and static. he didnt move as well as he did at 130lbs. and he got hit too many times with that straight left from casa. I think in this weight he will get KO by Pacquiao. Pac man lookedway ffaster against diaz and a bit stronger!! But JMM is a one of the greats with out a doubt!!!!

I had Marquez ahead far enough that, had Marquez not KO'd Casamayor, Casamayor would've had to knock JMM out in the 12th. I think I gave Casamayor 3 rounds. Not that there weren't other close rounds, just that I felt Marquez was landing the more effective shots and took those rounds. I will say, though, that the 11th was turning out fairly for Casamayor before he got caught by that right hand, and I probably would've given it to him, had it ended the same as it started. At best, that would've given him 4 rounds going into the 12th, and he would've still lost 7 to 5 rounds, even if he'd won the 12th, making a KO win the only possible option for him. He wasn't dominated, certainly, but he just wasn't able to figure out JMM like JMM figured out Casamayor, and it showed. Casamayor is just a slight step below JMM in skill, ability and prowess....and of course his willingness to fight dirty, though I have to admit that I didn't see nearly as much of that as I'd expected to.

I agree, Marquez got hit many times by the straight left from Casa, who is past his prime, but he did pretty good tonight until the KO.

Marquez doesn't seems to be as good at this weight than at 130lbs, while Pacquiao feel more confortable at 135lbs. He struggled to make the 130lbs weight since the fight with Barrera II.

Pacquio will KO Marquez in the 3th fight at 135lbs or at least win a clear decision. I don't see a third option.
