All are great fighters and very respectable ones too. 2 stand out the most are Vanes and Angulo. You know who my vote goes for, i dont need to say it. =)

dont become childish, we were havin a decent conversation until you brought all your gay Vanes love stories into it... very uncalled for.

I dont want this to turn into another one of those bull**** ignorant threads. Lets stick to boxing FACTS like i have been.

I made a veryyy fair post of what i thought an amateur career meant... you on the other hand came back with absolutely NOTHING.
childish? to me u r the one who got all hurt, yet again mind you, about someone saying anything other than praise to the almighty Vanes.

you point out how is amateur career could mean he will be a good pro, say he compares to Berto (a world champion mind you), then when I list a host of names who had stellar amatuer careers you then say "it dont matter what they did I only care about Vanes"

circular. First you care about how an amateur background means something (when it comes to Vanes) then it doesn't when I give you FACTS about amateurs who had great success then but wilted as pros.

if you to be selective about what you deem as FACT so be it. I gave you some, gave you names, gave you accounts of how ammys dont always turn into good pros, asked you for a name of a guy Vanes lost to, and again

      you get all hurt

      so here.

plenty of the top pros had very little amateur experience. Some of boxing's p4p have little ammy experience.

I can point out facts if you like but why bother since you will try and twist this into some more lunatic fringe ranting about the almight Vanes

the way you lather on about him you better hopehe goes undefeated

where did I get hurt... re-read all my posts.. im just conversing with you, nothing more nothing less... you actually are gettin much much more emotional than I am.

I speak only of Vanes' amateur career cuz he is the one I KNOW OF.. the other guys you mention Ive never heard of sadly so I am reserving opinion.

ive never said "almighty Vanes" like you.. Ive never said "Vanes is better than Berto"... do i believe he can beat Berto.. YES.. does it matter to me or him that Berto is a champ.. NO

can i not have that much opinion?? or are you gonna get emotional again.

and Vanes will remain undefeated for sometime.. and im sure you will always be here to cry about it and discredit him for one reason or another.

of course you can but you're just a hypocritical mediocre, lacking of any true boxing knowledge poster and sorry but I will call you on it whether you like it or not

and again I could care less about Vanes. Well now I kind of hopes he drops face first because of you and your blinded ways

                  and one more thing

when you use something to boost your fighter (Vanes amateur career) yet dismiss it when applied and given example as (other ammy fighters who were **** pros) uh

                  thats being a hypocrite

honestly I have seen more of his fights live than I care to

                    oh and Mr Hypocrite

why didnt YOU put Medina in this thread? didnt you say he was the same class as Angulo?

                    member? YOU member?

so why isnt he on the list since you said he was comparable to angulo?

I was speaking of current day big name prospects where Chavez Jr is a prime example... you are goin back to guys i never heard of so i cant comment on that.. but you could quite be right...

and so Ill say it again, back where we started... amateur ISNT everything... but to rule out an amateur career completely is FOOLISH.

also... Angulo isn't on the list????

check again... he is the 2nd guy under Martirosyan and number in votes.. cant argue with that bro, guy is solid.
