Yes, that's exactly it. The only guys I can think of that can stand in there & fight close range is Clottey & maybe Williams. But Cotto does not have the ability to slip all those punches or block them. He has to stay outside & box the entire fight as well as avoid those damn ropes.

Cotto show the ability to slip all those punches or block them more that any previous Margarito's opponent but those that did connect got Cotto's chin which is not as good as Clottey or Williams! still I believe Cotto can beat Margagarito on a rematch!

No Clottey blocked more punches, you must not have watched Margarito-Clottey because Margarito barley landed up stairs. The majority that did land was to the body. Cotto did in fact slip a number of Margarito's punches, but what I meant to say was he can't do that over & over again in front of Margarito all night. I can see him getting hit either way. I do believe he can beat Margarito too, but he needs a revised plan.

LOL @ people claiming Margs can't be "Knocked Out"..or he is "Unbeatable"..and he is the "God" level of WW right now..

Cotto wouldn't take this fight at all if he wasn't confident and didn't recognize his mistakes..he knows what he did wrong and will correct it..he was ****ing Margarito up BAD with all the wrong plans tho right?..now imagine with his new revised plan?..

Cotto was also..obviously distracted due to a broken nose and still went 9 rds ****in Margs with a severely broken nose!!..yet he gets no credit?..

I'm not counting Margarito out..but it's obvious he's comin with the same gameplan..he's not the type of fighter to adapt..he's 1-dimensional come foward and punch a thousand plus a fight..
