I'd prefer to see him in with someone inclined to fight back first before taking a fight like this. I just can't see Froch having a defense for the jab.

His face. Not proved a bad defence so far, I haven't seen him blink yet. But alas they were no Kesslers.

Froch is more like Haye if anything. His style reminds me of Hayes with that low left hand and the power of course.
          Man............you are so hard headed.

Do you see where I said: "the elite fighters in the division not fighting Froch because he is not a recognized name"?

He has to get recognized just like Calzaghe did. Win, win, win ......and look impressive while fighting better and better competition. Lacy would be a good fight for him, but Taylor would punk his ass with that "no defense style" he has. Also, don't compare Froch to Haye. Haye has upper body movement and speed. Not just power and a telegraphed uppercut that get bums in trouble. I'm growing tired of explaining this obvious **** to you Brits. I have much respect for the motherland, but the USA is the mecca of boxing because we have dominated for over a century. American fighters and promoters already know what to do to get recognized. It's natural here, and has nothing to do with only having the best fighters. Because I think the UK has some outstanding ones as well. Let alone Europe as a whole. Look at the Ukraine , Russia or Germany for examples.

Probably a pretty good fight, & a very makeable one as well.

Kessler would probably prefer a big US money opponent, but unless Pavlik moves up, or Taylor wins impressively over Lacy & calls him out, Froch would be the best fight available.

Likely to be a big seller in Europe with the UK VS Dane history from Calzaghe-Kessler, & with a couple of well-schooled big punchers going at it has a fair bit of world-wide appeal.

Personally think Kessler would stop Froch late, but would definitely be tuning in to watch it.
