Do you guys think Wlad is one of the worst heavyweight champs of recent times , Obviously some of the belt holders like Seldon where worse but I think Wlad is one of the worst recognized champs for a long time.

Well not quite. I fail to grasp how people consider Klitschko so bad and have people like Floyd Peterson and Rocky Marciano as all time greats. All three mentioned fighters were very dear to the public (except Wlad for some reason) but faced very bad competition. Still i think Wlad has easily beat some people the other 2 would have problems against because he outweighs and towers over most his opponents so badly. Still...

I rate Wlad above Douglas, and the Ali that fought Spinks.

I have not seen Spinks-Holmes so I'm not sure how Wlad measures up to Michael Spinks.

Dam i wasn't thinking when i posted this i completely forgot about Douglas for some reason his performance against Holyfield was hopeless, and i think that an old Foreman could beat Wlad just by outlasting him and winning in similar fashion to his win over Moorer. I am not talking about paper belt holders like dokes, seldon, bruno, hyde etc etc etc, and i am talking bout the 30 years or so.

I have a lot of respect for the champions of 60+ years ago, but I don't think that they were all better than Wlad. I haven't seen most of them, but people like Carnera wouldn't be top 20 if they were fighting today IMO.

I think Wlad is better than Rahman, Briggs, Leon Spinks and several of the older guys.
