"The Dream Match" - Official De La Hoya vs Pacquiao Title

It's been announced that the official Title of the De La Hoya vs Pacquiao fight will be "The Dream Match"

    How fitting is it?

"The Dream Match," was chosen as the title of the 12-round de la Hoya-Pacquiao fight on December 6 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, according to Arum. "It started out as a fantasy. Larry Merchant suggested it and then ESPN ran with it and it was a dream nobody thought would happen and now it's a reality. Everybody liked that title," Arum told the Sports Chat Tuesday morning.

I think it can be called The Dream Match. It's very fitting. I mean, did you ever consider a fight between a great featherweight and a great welterweight? This is throwback. It will be a great fight, I guarantee it.

Wishful thinking but I doubt that will happen.

                  It's a dream for Manny
Nothing to lose, everything to gain.

DLH can only look like a bully or a complete fool,
he'll get no cred for the win.

                  if by dream,
you mean money for the promoters/fighters
                  sure.

Will it actually be a good fight? I damn well hope so.

I think it's ridiculous for pure fans, but brilliant for swaying borderline fans in and garnering some new blood as far as fight enthusiasts go.
