Because you're a blind fanatic who cant see straight, I have chatted with a lot of people who support their respective fighter and still have alot of respect for them whether i agree or disagree with them.

- saying you will fight a fighter and then purposefully ducking or avoiding them in favour of a smaller opponent. (e.g. de la hoya and winner of cotto/margarito)

- not offering someone an immediate rematch or ducking out of an immedate remach in favour of other paydays (e.g. vasquez is a real warrior and could never be branded a coward - he made sure that when he fought marquez he won the fights decisively - if there was ever an inkling of doubt in his own mind that he might have lost he set up the rematch there and then, RJJ did the same thing with tarver. [acman should have done the same thing with JMM but despite the fact he didn't he has shown willingness to face obstacles so i wouldn't call him a coward.)

- fighting fighters who are tailor made for your style, and avoiding those who are not especially (but not always) when they are higher in the rankings (e.g. fighters with glass chins who prefer to avoid the big punchers in their divisions.)

things that dont make you a coward:
- going down in weight (ala hopkins and paul williams did). although they made their debuts in higher weight divisions i dont think that going down a divsion is a sign of cowardice - its just a part of the whole weight game in my eyes.
